بررسی نقش سبک رهبری زهراگین بر ترومای سازمانی با توجه به نقش میانجی سکوت سازمانی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل بررسی نقش سبک رهبری زهرآگین بر ترومای سازمانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی سکوت سازمانی می‌باشد . پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر جمع آوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی و از شاخه مطالعات پیمایشی به شمار می‌آید. جامعه آماری پژوهش، تعداد 240 نفر از کارکنان دانشگاه آزاد و پیام‌نور شیراز می‌باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 147 نفر انتخاب شده‌اند. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد جمع آوری شده است که برای تحلیل آن‌ها از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار آماری Lisrell استفاده شده است. مدل مفهومی تحقیق از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار می‌باشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سبک رهبری زهرآگین رابطه مثبت و معنی‌داری با سکوت سازمانی و ترومای سازمانی دارد. یافته‌های تحقیق دلالت بر وجود رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین سکوت سازمانی و ترومای سازمانی دارد. همچنین نتایج حاصل از بررسی داده‌ها نشان دهنده آن است که رهبران زهرآگین از طریق حاکم ساختن جو سکوت سازمانی می‌توانند زمینه‌ساز ترومای سازمانی گردند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this research is examination the role of toxic leadership style on organizational trauma by considering the role of mediator of organizational silence. The present research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of collecting data is a descriptive research type and is a branch of survey research. The statistical population of the research was 240 numbers of employees of Azad University and payamnoor University of Shiraz; that147 numbers as statistical sample have selected by using simple random sampling method. Data have collected by using standard questionnaires; Structural equation modeling and Lisrell statistical software have used to analyze them. The conceptual model of research has a favorable fit. The results of the research show that toxic leadership style has a positive and significant relationship with organizational silence and organizational trauma. research Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational silence and organizational trauma. Also, the results of the data review show that toxic leaders can lead to organizational trauma through creating a climate of organizational silence.
