طراحی یک مدل مفهومی مبتنی بر فعالیت‌های اقتصادی برای بهبود نظام آموزش مدیریت تخصصی

چکیده

این موضوع که مدیران بنگاه‌های کشور، دانش و مهارت‌های اکتسابی مدیریت را باید از کدام منبع فرا بگیرند، پرسشی جدی است. هدف از این مقاله طراحی مدل مفهومی مبتنی بر فعالیت­های اقتصادی برای بهبود نظام آموزش مدیریت تخصصی می­باشد.. این تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع اکتشافی و ﺑﺮ ﻣﺒﻨﺎی دﺳﺘﺎورد ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، ﻛﺎرﺑﺮدی اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﺔ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻖ، شامل مدیران بنگاه­های اقتصادی بخش­های مختلف استان کرمانشاه که تعداد آن­ها 189 نفر و حجم نمونه بر اساس فرمول کوکران 80 نفر محاسبه و از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای دو مرحله­ای استفاده گردید. اﺑﺰار گردآوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ محقق ساخته با طیف لیکرت می­باشد. ضمنا با بررسی متون تخصصی از روش تحلیل محتوی مدل مفهومی استخراج گردید. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که امروزه بنگاه‌‌های اقتصادی کشور فاقد مدیریتی متخصص می‌باشند و با وجود رویکردهای فعلی نظام آموزش در تربیت مدیران، کسب تجربه راه شناخته‌ شده‌ای است که اکثر مدیران از این طریق مهارت‌ها، تکنیک‌ها و روش‌های تخصصی مدیریتی را فرا می‌گیرند. در این تحقیق با هدف بهبود نظام آموزش مدیریت تخصصی، به منظور تربیت مدیران کارآمد برای راه‌اندازی و اداره فعالیت‌های اقتصادی، یک مدل مفهومی پیشنهاد شد. ساختار این مدل مفهومی شامل دو بخش اصلی است. بخش اول مجموعه اقدامات پیش‌نیازی است که باید قبل از طراحی دوره‌ها، مدیران بنگاه­های اقتصادی بخش­های مختلف آن را طی نمایند و بخش دوم مجموعه اقدامات مشترکی است که در طراحی هر دوره می‌بایستی انجام پذیرد. این مدل با مطالعه متون تخصصی در رابطه با فعالیت‌های اقتصادی و با بهره­گیری از نظر متخصصین، تدوین گردیده تا چارچوبی برای طراحی دوره‌های مدیریت تخصصی حاصل گردد.

It is a serious question that managers of state-owned enterprises should learn the source of knowledge and acquired skills from management. The purpose of this paper is to design a conceptual model based on economic activities to improve the system of professional management education. This research is descriptive and exploratory and based on the research achievement. The research population consisted of managers of economic enterprises in different parts of Kermanshah province whose number was 189 and the sample size was calculated based on Cochran's formula of 80 and using a two stage cluster sampling method. Data gathering tool in this research was a researcher-made questionnaire with Likert scale. Meanwhile, the content analysis of the conceptual model was extracted by reviewing the specialized texts. The results show that today the enterprises of the country lack expert management, and despite the current approaches of the education system in the training of managers, gaining experience is a well-known way that most managers in this way acquire the skills, techniques and methods of specialized management. In this research, a conceptual model was proposed to improve the system of professional management education, in order to educate efficient managers to set up and run economic activities. The structure of this conceptual model consists of two main parts. The first part of the set of actions is a pre-requisite, which must be preceded by the design of the courses, the managers of the enterprises of different sectors, and the second part is a set of common actions to be undertaken in the design of each period. This model has been developed by studying specialized texts related to economic activities and with the use of experts, in order to provide a framework for designing professional management courses.
