This study primarily aimed to investigate factors impacting the willingness of members of cultural and educational organizations in Boshehr province to change them to learning organizations. Using random stratified sampling strategy a sample of 390 participants were selected out of a total of 12327 employees working in such organizations located in Boshehr. A 50-item Likert questionnaire developed by the current researchers was used to collect data. Using descriptive and inferential statistics this study revealed that there is a significant relationship between factors such as informed leaders in organizations, dynamic structure, innovation encouragement, common understanding, teamwork and cooperation, duty relinquishment, ongoing relationship with the environment and the willingness of members of cultural and educational organizations to change them to learning organizations (α=.95).
